Compound, single-operation, blank and pierce
Sheet-metal stamping dies designed to tonnage and the part drawing. CNC punch tools for AMADA, STRIPPIT, MURATEC and similar presses. Thick-plate small-hole and high-strength stock quoted with clearance and edge life in mind.

02 / Forming
Bend, draw, emboss
Shear-and-bend, drawing, flanging and surface embossing from part CAD. Drawing dies for stainless and similar sheet emphasize wear resistance and surface. Springback is tuned at tryout.

Design, toolroom, tryout
Nearly a hundred machines. About a third of the staff are design engineers. ISO 9001 since 2008. Send shut height, bolster and tonnage with the RFQ.
