We design and build sheet-metal stamping dies, CNC punch tooling, shear-and-bend tools, drawing, flanging and embossing tools, plus precision parts. Thick-plate small-hole, high-strength plate and titanium-alloy piercing are long-standing specialties.
Customers include electrical, railway and defense programs. About 30% of staff are design engineers. The Chuzhou plant produces CNC dies in volume.
RFQs should include a drawing (PDF / STEP / DWG), material, annual volume, and the press you will run. Sales and the design center are open 8:00–18:00.
History
1997
Predecessor Nanjing Daqiao CNC Machine Tool Business Department opened in Xiaguan, Nanjing, supplying CNC punch tooling and conventional stamping dies.
2004
Nanjing Liji Technology Industry Co., Ltd. was established in Jiangning, Nanjing. Philosophy: integrate theory with practice. Research into new materials and methods continued as die-making capacity grew.
2006
A Nanjing plant was built and Chuzhou Shengtian Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. was established to produce CNC dies in volume.
2023
Chuzhou Yuntian Valley Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. was established, extending into electromechanical and automated stamping systems.
